Rachael Tout has 15 years of marketing experience and established Brandbalm Marketing Ltd in 2014 as a consultancy service for all sizes of business and marketing needs.
An experienced Head of Marketing, Rachael has had in-house marketing responsibility for a variety of brands including Liz Earle Naturally Active Skincare and The Body Shop. Brandbalm Marketing Ltd specialises in beauty, food, lifestyle and interiors industries, as well as start-ups and SMEs across a variety of other industries.
Rachael is a lifetime member of The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, and has completed the CIM Postgraduate Professional Diploma and the IDM Postgraduate in Direct and Digital Marketing, in addition to her BA Honours degree in International Business with French, specialising in Marketing in her final year. Rachael completes at least 35 hours of continuing professional development each year, and last year completed her GDPR award with the IDM.
Rachael also lectures part-time for the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Level 4, helping the next generation of marketers to become qualified.
